"I have been dealing with this company for over seven years. I just bought my second Goldwing, a 2005 yellow beauty. I traded my 1994 Goldwing in on the new one. Once again I was treated with the utmost courtesy and patience by the staff. Bill spent a lot of time answering my questions, and Allan explained all the options that were available. I have been very satisfied with all the staff. The 1994 Goldwing that I purchased was sold to me by Dave, who is now in the parts department. In the last year, I have had the pleasure of buying several items from the parts department, and Dave and Fred were excellent salesmen. All the staff at East Coast have been exceptional. Let me not forget two things. In 2003, I convinced a friend of mine to buy a Goldwing at East Coast and he has been very pleased. Second, when filling out the sales paperwork, Lisa was very pleasant and very efficient. Thanks to all the folks at East Coast."

"I would like to thank and compliment the service department. While on the way to get a part added to my bike, I had an accident. After notifying the insurance company, I called East Coast and spoke to Al in the service department. I had purchased my 2004 Honda ST1300A only 2 weeks earlier. Al was completely understanding, recommended having the bike towed to East Coast and said he would arrange for a ride back home for me. The gentleman who drove me home was great and made me feel at ease after having the accident. He even welcomed me to the East Coast family. This, in my opinion, is the way a customer should be treated and I look forward to having my cycle repairs completed at East Coast Cycle Center. Thank you for making a difficult situation bearable."

"Dear management at ECCC, I picked up my 1800VTX today and got it home safely. The bike is fantastic and I spent the balance of the day and night riding it. I just wanted to say your people at the store were outstanding. Please thank William, Steve, the billing girl, the mechanic who helped me get the bike on the truck, and the parts counter kid for all their help. A BIG thanks to the Aaron who was filling in for William for really going out of the way to help me. If it weren't for his help I don't think I would have got the bike home undamaged. I apologize for taking so much of his time and for any inconvenience my truck may have created. It is rare these days to find a business with so many friendly great people who are willing to go out of their way to help a customer. "Dear Mr. Walter Young, Honda Dealer,- I want to tell you of the experiences I've had at your dealership. I found the salespeople all very helpful and Aaron, my salesman was good. I can be a difficult customer, and he and Bill were awesome with helping me to purchase my VTX1800. This is my first new bike and I have always been in your store for parts and service. The mechanics always take the time to show and explain what was being done to my bike and answer any questions I have at the time, which are always many. I can remember when I first went in East Coast, the parts people went out of their way to help a newbie like me. I made several purchases of accessories and always found your people to be helpful and informative. So when it was time to trade in my bike and buy a new one, you were the first place I looked. The deals were reasonable, and the salespeople were great. Bill the sales manager did an extraordinary job. I will never be able to say enough about him. Aaron was patient with me, and I can really be a trying individual. Even Allan the service manager, who has to have a difficult time keeping customers happy, was great. The bike I picked had some problems and your service department, especially Alan and the technicians Bob and Gary, went out of their way to see that I was satisfied. No small task mind you. Bob and Gary switched out my tins and did an install of a windshield among other things. They were awesome. They made me feel like the only customer in the world. Gary was really first rate. He went above and beyond to see that I was satisfied and talked bike products, which I ended up buying. When I made the purchase of my bike, Lisa helped me to complete the paperwork. She was funny and honest. She made the whole process a satisfying experience. I really want you to understand that service is the most important thing to me, second is price. This purchase was a big deal for me and your staff made it a pleasure to do business with you. Please see that they are commended on a job well done. Thank you all."

"To everyone at East Coast. I have been dealing with East Coast since 1971. Walt helped me get all the parts for a custom chopper we built from the ground up. I've just had my Honda ST1300 in for service and tires. The work was done professionally and finished on time as promised. I got a better price for my new Metzler tires than I could find using mail order. The manager, Bill, helped in getting all my parts needed for some warranty work and your parts department got everything I needed for some custom accessories. I found your service department second to none. Allan the service manager scheduled the work for the very next day (quite a treat). Your mechanic Jackie was very detail and safety oriented and even stopped me from riding away until he could clean my windshield (Unheard of in most shops I've dealt with). It's not like me to write notes, but I was very impressed with your whole operation and wanted to say thanks again!"

"I've been looking at many different bikes at many different dealers. Most dealers seemed pushy to make a quick sale instead of helping me find the bike that was right for me.
