Once again I was treated with the utmost courtesy and patience by the staff. Bill spent a lot of time answering my questions, and Allan explained all the options that were available. I have been very satisfied with all the staff. The 1994 Goldwing that I purchased was sold to me by Dave, who is now in the parts department. In the last year, I have had the pleasure of buying several items from the parts department, and Dave and Fred were excellent salesmen. All the staff at East Coast have been exceptional. "I would like to thank and compliment the service department. While on the way to get a part added to my bike, I had an accident. After notifying the insurance company, I called East Coast and spoke to Al in the service department. I had purchased my 2004 Honda ST1300A only 2 weeks earlier. Al was completely understanding, recommended having the bike towed to East Coast and said he would arrange for a ride back home for me. I can remember when I first went in East Coast, the parts people went out of their way to help a newbie like me. I made several purchases of accessories and always found your people to be helpful and informative. So when it was time to trade in my bike and buy a new one, you were the first place I looked. I've just had my Honda ST1300 in for service and tires. The work was done professionally and finished on time as promised. I got a better price for my new Metzler tires than I could find using mail order. The manager, Bill, helped in getting all my parts needed for some warranty work and your parts department got everything I needed for some custom accessories. I found your service department second to none. Allan the service manager scheduled the work for the very next day (quite a treat). Your mechanic Jackie was very detail and safety oriented and even stopped me from riding away until he could clean my windshield (Unheard of in most shops I've dealt with). "I got the best deal ever here. I got one hell of a deal on a brand new Honda CBR600RR Phoenix 09. The bike lists for $10,800. They gave it to me for $9300 and some change and they will not bullshit you, so come check out East Coast Cycle. I don't know these guys from a can of paint but after how I was treated I would tell anybody I know where to go for a deal that no other dealer can touch."

"I'm sitting 430 miles away from East Coast Cycle Center in Dover, Ohio. After talking to Allan Proctor the Service Manager, I was convinced to...Mapquest...hook up my 2007 GTX-LTD and haul butt for Bensalem, Pa. He had the straight answers I needed and recommendations other dealerships weren't forthcoming with. This I LIKE!!! We got to the dealership early, before opening, then out comes "Tackleberry" (from Police Academy), His name is Allan too, toting a dolly and unhooks my ski. My ski disappears into service. The store opens, my fiance goes into shopping mode. A short time latter Allan Proctor comes out with diagnosis...GULP!!! It was what he had expected a "blown" Supercharger. He replaced it under WARRANTY!!!! THANKS also goes to "TAC". Hope your burn heals man.!! Now then...Parts Dept...What a SUPER HELPFUL group of guys. "Drove 260mi RT from Hbg, Pa for a Xmas present for my son at East Coast Cycles and found it was exactly described on their website. Arrived with my Uncle Pete on the AM of Nov 23, 2011. What a great experience walking in the door, EVERYONE was so friendly and cordial. We felt like we were family with these guys and we never stepped foot in the place.
Kudos to Jace (sales) William (Sales Mgr) Mike (parts) and owner Walt. Heck I think if we would have been there longer we would have been at Walt's house for dinner that night. They made us feel like we were family. Kudo's to all other unnamed staff. I dont know how it happened but I think we spoke to each and every staff member who was working that day!!!
